Blues'N'Brews Festival Brewer Application

PLEASE READ THIS STUFF FIRST  
GENERAL INFO:
  • Attendance: 2500-3000
  • Gate opens at 11:30am
  • Sampling is from 12noon to 6pm
  • 3.5 oz. sample size
  • Load-In: 9:00-10:30am
  • Load-Out: 6:00-7:30pm
WE WILL PROVIDE:
  • 6 ft. Table under Brew Tent
  • Ice & Barrels
  • Spillage Buckets
  • Pouring Assistants if needed
  • Bar Towels
  • Cups
  • Lunch coupons for Brew Staff
  • Catered Buffet BBQ for Brew Staff when taps close
YOU BRING:
  • Product (3 half barrels or bottled equivalent)
  • Cold Plates
  • Tap Handles
  • CO2
  • Up to 3 Brewery Representatives or Booth Staff (must be 18 or over)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Tables must be set up by 11:00 for Board of Health walk-though.
  • Display materials must be on your table or directly above it. Overhead banners should be 18" or less in height. Max 6'width. (SPONSOR BREWERIES get additional display privileges. If you're interested, ask for details.)
  • You're welcome to sell merch at your table - NO GLASS OR WEAPONS.
  • Please bring some logo items to donate to our Raffle.
