General Rules & Regs

  • No Readmission once you leave the festival grounds.
  • No Pets - by order of the Board of Health
  • No Food or Beverages may be brought into the festival
  • No Coolers or Containers
  • No Weapons (including pocket knives)
  • All bags, backpacks, blankets & chairs will be checked by security
  • Blankets are greatly preferred to chairs, due to lack of space. PLEASE NOTE that all chairs and personal property MUST be attended at all times, for security reasons. Violations may be subject to removal.
  • Audio and/or video recording of performances is PROHIBITED.
  • Tailgating and/or camping is not allowed in the festival parking lots.
  • Everyone over the age of 12 must wear wristband on festival grounds
  • Unruly persons will be escorted off the premises - No re-admittance

Beer Tasting

  • You must be of Legal Drinking Age to participate in wine or beer tasting. Transgressors will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
  • Servers have the right to refuse to serve a patron at any time.
  • Unruly persons will be escorted off the premises, with no re-admittance allowed.
  • Photo ID is required for those consuming alcohol.
  • Beer or wine may NOT be purchased or consumed unless you are wearing a valid wristband.
  • Only 1 "pour" will be given at a time.
  • Tickets will be required for all beer/wine poured.
  • Each tasting participant must stand in line for his/her own beer.
  • Beer will be poured into tasting glasses only. Anyone caught drinking beer from a pint glass or any container larger than the tasting glasses may have the container confiscated and/or may be asked to leave the festival.
  • No alcohol allowed outside of festival grounds

All festival attendees agree to release and hold harmless the facility that is being used, sponsors, owners, managers, merchant associations, agents, servants, and employees of the BluesNBrews Festival, Westford Rotary Club and Westford Rotary Charitable Endowment, Inc. from all responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage, theft, fire, loss of life, personal injury, and/or damage to property that may arise or occur to attendee, any children admitted with attendee, goods, or property and from any conditions whatsoever that may arise while the premises are in use, during show hours, or when closed before or after show hours.
